Student Device Agreement

Parents will need to sign the device agreement for every student receiving a district device. The Student Device Agreement can be accessed and signed through Infinite Campus website or app.

  1. Log into Log into Infinite Campus and click the "More" button

2. Locate the "Student Device Agreement" link

3. Click the "Start" button next to the student.

4. Read the device agreement and initial each section confirming and acknowledging acceptance.

5. At the bottom of the form, the parent will:

  • Type full name, phone number, and email address

  • Use mouse or stylus to sign in the signature box

  • Click the "Submit" button

6. View signed Student Device Agreement or repeat for different student
